1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the PurpleGrid platform (purplegrid.co). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. PurpleGrid is an executive professional networking, talent acquisition, and B2B deal syndication platform owned by The Haven Nation.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

You agree that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date. Misrepresenting your identity, qualifications, or an employer's details is grounds for suspension.

3. Candidates

As a candidate, you may create a profile, upload a CV, join the talent pool, and apply to roles. Submitting an application places you in the relevant employer's hiring pipeline, where the client sees your name, headline, and stage — never your contact details, CV file, or any internal assessment. You may withdraw or delete your data at any time.

4. Employers and clients

As an employer, you may submit roles for GLL to manage and view a read-only pipeline of candidates for your own roles. You agree to use candidate information solely to evaluate applicants for those roles, to keep it confidential, and not to contact candidates outside the process or retain their data beyond the engagement. Job submissions are subject to GLL review before publication.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent content, including fake vacancies.
• Upload malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract candidate or user data.
• Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited marketing.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove accounts that breach these rules.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, and its content (excluding user-submitted material) are owned by GLL. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant GLL a licence to host and process it for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Service availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Recruitment outcomes depend on many factors, and GLL does not guarantee that any application will result in an interview, offer, or hire.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GLL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
